Manual Handling Man

Once you have a policy in place it is important that your staff are fully aware of what it is and how they must behave in the workplace.  Much of this can be achieved through health and safety training. Remember it is your responsibility that they do this.

They must know how to carry safely with manual handling training, how to work at heights with safe working at heights training,  what to do in the event of a fire at your premises with fire safety awareness training, in what circumstances they might be liable for the safety of your visiting clients or customers.

We run the following health and safety training courses which can be delivered in ENGLISH, POLISH or CZECH* and which can be delivered on your premises or ours in Hampshire and at times to suit you.

  • Fire Safety Awareness Training* ½ day
  • Safe Working at Height Training- ½ day
  • Manual Handling Training - ½ day
  • 1st Aid Training - 1 Day or 4 day depending on which standard is required*
  • Scaffold Safety Inspection Training - 2 days
  • Risk Assessment Training ½ day
  • H&S in Roof work - 1 day
  • HSE Asbestos Awareness Training 1 or 2 days (HSE Asbestos partnership member)*
  • Abrasive Wheels Safety Training - ½ day
  • Environmental Awareness - various*
  • Tower Scaffold Training - 1/3 day
  • Site Safety Supervisors - 2 days
  • H&S for Directors - 1 day
  • DSE Assessment (or Assessors) - ½ or 1 day
  • Ladder Safety Training- ½ day
  • CDM 2007 - various depending on who for e.g. Clients, CDM Coordinators, Designers, Managers etc
  • Method Statement and Risk Assessment Training - 1 day
  • Operatives Health and Safety Awareness Training - 1 day
  • Catering/Kitchen related hygiene, environmental and training and auditing.*
  • Plant Training - Various
